Further context on the 47th Sutra from Patanjali’s Yogasutras

Yogasutras believe that there is a state of concentration that’s beyond mere reasoning of the intellect. In such a state, the Chitta becomes steady. However, initially, a yogi might only be able to hold this state for a few moments before a random thought, a physical itch, or a deeply buried subconscious impression breaks the focus.

Vaiśāradya refers to the moment when this state becomes flawless. It means the mind can maintain this profound absorption in the subtle realm continuously, without a single ripple or interruption, for as long as the yogi desires.
